1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Staff Portal ("Portal"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the Portal.

2. Purpose and Scope

The Portal is provided by Exelon Circuits for the exclusive use of authorized employees and contractors for work-related purposes including attendance tracking, project management, timesheet submission, HR processes, and internal communication.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of the Portal, you agree to:

• Keep your login credentials secure and not share them with others
• Report any unauthorized access or security breaches immediately
• Provide accurate and truthful information in all entries and submissions
• Use the Portal only for authorized work-related purposes
• Comply with all company policies and applicable laws
• Not attempt to access areas or features you are not authorized to use

4. Prohibited Activities

You must not:

• Use the Portal for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to interfere with or compromise the Portal's security or integrity
• Share confidential company information accessed through the Portal
• Submit false attendance records, timesheets, or reimbursement claims
• Upload malicious software or harmful content
• Impersonate another user or access another person's account

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Portal, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Exelon Circuits and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Portal is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

7. System Availability

We strive to maintain Portal availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Portal may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will attempt to provide advance notice of planned maintenance when possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Exelon Circuits shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Portal. Our liability for any direct damages shall be limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Account Termination

Access to the Portal may be suspended or terminated at any time in the event of employment termination, violation of these terms, or at the discretion of management. Upon termination, your access will be revoked and any data associated with your account may be retained or deleted as per company policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Portal. Continued use of the Portal after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Company Jurisdiction].
